Our story begins in a kitchen in Miami, Florida, where our passion for cooking and creativity came together. Tired of the same old recipes, we looked to create new ones. In a city where diverse foods can be found on just about any corner, this seemed to be quite the challenge.

One day, we decided to share our creations with our friends and family. This decision found us sharing our cheesecakes, inspired by the same recipe grandma used to make, at holidays and special gatherings. Year after year, our dessert always left our loved ones asking for seconds, even thirds, and insisting that we bring more to our next gathering.

The demand for cheesecakes was so much that we found ourselves baking our dessert for special orders. In 2006, we established Gorilla B's to meet this demand. Today, in 2010, we are excited to share our cheesecakes and fun food at our new location in West Kendall, Florida.
